Project Information

ASTRI summarized the general project information and objective.
The project will last 18 months, starting from 1st September 2025 to 28th Feb 2027

Technical Approach

ASTRI introduced the technical approach of this project.

Project Trials

ASTRI and Yau Lee discussed on the data to be used in Trial #1 and Trial #2.
For Trial #1 in Property Management, Yau Lee agreed to use the historical offline data of Motto by Hilton hotel as the model for renovated hotel is different.
For Trial #2 in Construction Site, Yau Lee agreed to use the historical offline data of Battery Energy Storage System as currently there is no available site in using the Battery. Real use case may be added during the project period.
To justify the additionality, financial ledgers relating to energy usage and embodied carbon in battery may also be required. Yau Lee indicated they can contribute seven years of data to the project. But as a listed company, they must carefully manage privacy considerations and control who can access its financial data. ASTRI will consult with the consultancy to determine the extent of financial information required.

Regular Meeting Schedules

ASTRI proposed to have regular project progress meeting on monthly basis to follow up on the tasks of the project.
Yau Lee agreed and confirmed to have regular monthly project meeting and appointed Pang Chan and Ying Liu as the representatives for Yau Lee to join the meeting.
ASTRI and Yau Lee agreed and confirmed to hold the Steering meeting every two months.
